We, the undersigned, demand Croydon Council and Transport for London undertake a detailed investigation to improve the flow of traffic around East Croydon Station, with the aim to develop a plan to reduce rat running in the side streets. This is needed in light of the large scale regeneration proposals for Central and East Croydon areas and the impact these will have on traffic flows and parking.
