Planning Applications in the East India Conservation Area

Over the last few months we have seen a number of new planning applications for old garage, back garden and warehouse sites in this conservation area. All these are for applications to provide more residential accommodation and all seems to be of a high density with limited amenity space provided for the new occupiers.
